Navy veteran performs skydiving stunt in Thailand with ‘Jai Shree Ram’ flag Ayodhya Ram Mandir inauguration

Retired Indian Navy officer Lt. Cdr Rajkumar took to the skies above Thailand to celebrate the inauguration of Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir. With the ‘Jai Shree Ram’ flag in hand, he went skydiving from an altitude of 10,000 feet.

Shared on Instagram, the video capturing this feat has gone viral. The clip shows Rajkumar’s swift descent and the triumphant unfurling of the flag mid-air before his smooth landing.

“A former navy officer Lt.cdr Rajkumar (Retd) performs skydiving with the #JaiShriRam flag from a height of 10,000 feet in Thailand. The Naval officer who is from Theni District of Tamil Nadu is currently a skydiving analyst and skydiving instructor for sports and military personnel,” reads the caption.

Take a look:

The historic Ram Mandir was marked by the unveiling of a new idol of Ram Lalla, the child form of Lord Ram. Sculpted by Arun Yogiraj from Mysuru, the 51-inch statue is carved out of black stone and seated on a lotus.

The consecration ceremony was a visual spectacle, with helicopters circling the temple, showering it with petals from above, as millions watched the live broadcast.
