Until Jan 2, the city hall of Nakhon Ratchasima is turned into an entertainment venue for the Korat Winter Festival & Countdown 2024 to mark Korat’s 555th anniversary.

Under the theme of an international amusement park, fairgoers can experience an assortment of thrilling rides that are available until Jan 14. A towering Christmas tree lights up the city moat, while winter flowers adorn the monument of King Chulalongkorn, making it a blooming botanical garden in the heart of town.
Local artisans are showcasing a wide range of Otop products, and a troop of famous singers are taking to the stage for mini concerts. On the occasion, the Tourism Authority of Thailand is also illuminating the clock tower with lighting installations and putting on stunning firework displays on Dec 31 to ring in the New Year.
