My Neighbour Saved Urine for Songkran 🤮

My neighbour (I thought) was joking about saving piss for Songkran. Turns out she is. In short, she asked me to feed her pet turtles the other day and I found a water dispenser bottle (10-litres or so) near full in her bathroom. I’m really not sure what to do.. or what she’s going to do. I doubt she’ll be throwing piss off her balcony or running around with piss pistols. So maybe she’s pranking me? At the same time I really feel I should report it? I regret not smelling the stuff to be sure.
