Music shops that sell wind instruments?

Hey all, I’m shopping for a wind instrument as a present for a friend. I.E (not a stringed instrument) A pan flute is perfect, however, any good sorta unusual wind instrument would be nice.

I’ve been to the airport central mall, and a couple of music shops, but they only have mostly guitars and string instruments, sometimes with expensive basoons beyond my budget.

I haven’t found a good place to purchase it. Any tips on places to look?

Also shot in the dark here, my friend loves otters, so if anyone knows of a good place to get a plushie/t-shirt/stickers etc of otters, that would be a good alternative
