My friend musician, guitarist is thinking to perform busking on street in Chiangmai.
He will play guitar with a small amp near **Tha Pae gate** and some crowded places.
I would like to know
1. If police interfere or arrest street performs or do we need to ask permission from somewhere?
2. Anyone has suggested places for street busking?
