I’m having a bit of an issue, together with my move I sent an EU Pallet with all my music equipment and records to Bangkok, it finally arrived and the customs broker that I was appointed too barely speaks English, and whenever they send me an email it’s in very poor English, barely can understand.
Either way, I received a final invoice to release it and they want to charge me almost 70k baht whereas almost 40k is import duty tax which sounds ridiculously high.
I contacted another broker via Google, English but they want to charge me even more.
Have no idea what to do here, any advice gladly appreciated!
