Moving to a new condo because of noise issue, need advice

Hi everyone, I moved to Bangkok a few months ago. I moved into a condo in Rama9 which I initially really liked, due to the price and amenities, but recently started becoming annoyed by the highway noises. For some reason I notice them much more clearly than before, not sure why. Before I thought It’s not a big problem. Even living on the 36th floor, it’s still way too loud, especially police sirens.

So, I’m looking for a new condo. What I’m looking for is the following: good sound isolation, no noise issues (obviously), no highway nearby, good swimming pool / gym, preferably condos with a lot of light, nature around, good internet, preferably newer. I would like something peaceful (as far as possible in Bangkok). I do like the city but just need concretely my living space to be QUIET. Also, this might sound rude but I started getting a bit annoyed by all the farangs in my condo (as a farang), so would prefer an area with more Thais. Also I don’t want to spend more than 25k Baht on rent. Maybe I can raise it if really worth it, but again I prefer not to. I’m only paying 21k right now, would be a good deal if not for the highway noises :). I don’t like overpriced tourist traps.

I did some of my own research and it seems that a lot of people recommend the Ari and On Nut areas. I think I want to avoid Asoke because I’m not into partying, prostitutes, and so on. I looked into it and the Ha Yaek BTS seems like a good area. If I could get some recommendations for areas that match my budget and preferences, or even specific condo buildings, that would be great. Thanks!!
