Hey guys,
Some lovely morning tunes from around 7-8 AM this morning of a man talking very loudly through speakers.
I could hear his voice clearly living in Changklan Rd.
I think it’s an announcement, it didn’t sound like the usual “scream in a mic commercial pick-up trucks” that usually drive around.
Anyone have any idea what it was?
