An earthquake of 4.1 magnitude was felt by residents in Chiang Mai this morning.
The temblor hit the northern city at around 4:30am, though no injuries or significant damage were reported.
The epicenter was in the Mae Kue subdistrict of the Doi Saket district, according to the Earthquake Observation Division. Another agency, the citizen-seismograph network of RaspberryShake, also reported the quake at the same magnitude.
Residents in neighboring provinces such as Lamphun and Phayao also reported feeling the earthquake.
