Mild electric shocks through metal body of Laptop

I recently moved to Thailand and have been experiencing an unsettling issue with mild electric shocks through the metal body of my laptop. After some investigation, I’ve come to realize that many houses in Thailand do not have proper grounding for their electric outlets.
