Simplified, we all have different personalities right?
Meta programs are like mental shortcuts in our mind, they are like a foundational base of where our individual personality comes from.
They are unconscious, just running away in the background of us yet overwhelmingly controlling how we think, feel and act in our day to day lives.
There are over 50 Meta Programs well worth learning about and I have personally studied every single one and incorporate this knowledge into my one-to-one coaching sessions and training programs.

1. Learn what Meta Programs are, get familiar with them and understand that your personality as you understand it and how you perceive the world around you is hugely influenced by these Meta Programs.
2. Take this knowledge and use it to explore which side you tend to be on in each program. Especially in areas of life that are not going the way you want them to.
3. Create change. Start to consciously adapt your behaviour, thinking and feelings to move more flexibly between both sides of the Meta Program. Often people are stuck at one end and do not know it. This means people get stuck in areas of life as a result.
