I am a dual citizen in Thailand on a tourist visa (USA passport). I want to marry using the other citizenship (non-US)… I know I need to be in Thailand on the Non-O to get the marriage visa but can I register the marriage itself on the non-US passport right now even though the US passport currently holds the tourist visa?
Also, can anyone recommend a reputable agent to help process all of this? I’ve heard it’s easy to do by oneself but I really rather just pay someone experienced to do it…
