Hey, I just returned from my 3rd trip to Thailand. Last time I was 4 years ago. And boy, how a lot things have changed. One of them is marijuana legalisation. I’m not a mj smoker so I was quite tired with people smoking weed everywhere and smelling it, also weed and weed paraphernalia vendors on the street. Also I was disapointed how many places turned from stores and restaurants to weed places.
I was wondering how Thai people are feeling about this? Did this improve your economy? Do you think this will bring worse kind of tourists (like in Amsterdam)? Did this turn some of your friends into weedheads since its legal now (who of course can stop smoking any time they want but choose not to)?
