The Central Administrative Court has revoked a construction permit and environment impact assessment (EIA) report of “The 125 Sathorn” luxury condominium project due to its building design being larger than permitted by law.
Chidchanok Lertampornpaisarn, manager of The Met Condominium juristic person, told reporters yesterday that the ruling was read by the court on Sept 27, ordering the construction suspension of The 125 Sathorn, which is built on a three-rai plot of land next to The Met Condominium on Sathon Road.
