I’m considering applying for an LTR visa in Thailand. I need to prove/do the following:
1) Prove 1 million USD in assets.
2) Prove 80,000 USD a year in income.
3) Buy 500,000 USD worth of real estate in Thailand.
But someone I spoke to said you can’t invest in real estate in Phuket. Is that true? I thought it doesn’t matter. If I go this route, I just want to buy 2-3 rental condos in Phuket and manage them while living there.
