Lost AIS post-paid SIM card, need some advice

Hi all,

I just got back from a trip in Bangkok, I had purchased a Thai post paid plan from AIS using my passport but I think I might’ve lost it.

As I’m unable to speak Thai, I remembered that the bill will be sent at the end of each month, but without the SIM card I can’t receive any notifications at all. Is there a way for them to send me a new SIM card or any way I could navigate this situation instead of flying back to Bangkok for a replacement? I definitely wouldn’t want to stack up the bills in the meantime.
