Looking to book hotels in Chiang Rai that are only on instagram/facebook. Is it safe?

Hello everyone. My wife and I will be traveling to Chiang Rai on our visit to Thailand next month. She really likes some “camping” resorts there such as ARROON, TRAMONT etc. (I’ll put links below). Is it safe in those areas? Is it worth it? We can afford it but just asking regarding its legitimacy.
