When I was a child, I went to a Thai restaurant while visiting a snowy area in California. After a day of being out in the cold, I remember their white soup tasted amazing. If I had to guess, I would say it was some kind of coconut soup. However, it seems like most thai coconut soups contain herbs like lemongrass, which is different from what I remember.
Being an American restaurant, it could be possible that they served some kind of westernized dish, but if someone has any clue of what type of soup it might’ve been, I’d love to know. Thanks
Edit: thank you all for the wonderful responses, I will definitely go enjoy some Tom Kha :)
