Looking for Thai-Italian Fusion restaurants

A friend sent me [https://thatspicychick.com/creamy-tom-yum-pasta/](https://thatspicychick.com/creamy-tom-yum-pasta/) this recipe awhile back and I don’t really have the equipment to try to make it (and couldn’t make it when I did have equipment due to ingredient scarcity) and I’m hoping I can find something like it now that I’m in Thailand. Anyone have recommendations for a place that can do something like this, if not it exactly?

I’m poking around on Grab but not really spotting anything quite like it. (I know seafood isn’t going to be as common here, but hoping to find a creamy pasta dish that still has some of that tom yum flavor)
