Looking for some Phuket travel advice.

Hey all,

Heading over to Phuket in early September with a couple of mates, will be staying in the Karon area. We are looking to have a relatively relaxed time on a budget of around $150-$200 AUD a day (ex accomodation).

Would you recommend booking attractions/tours prior to coming or finding somewhere in town to book them when over there. Also, ATM fees look to be around $25-$30 AUD. Would you recommend taking out a week’s worth and storing it in a safe, taking enough out to last a couple of days or..?

Also, if there is anything you think is a MUST do over there, feel free to share. So far thinking 1 night on Bangla, old Phuket town, Big Budda, Phi Phi Islands and Koh Panyi.
