I brought some Fish Oil with me from Germany but have only some left for 4-5 more days. I am looking for a Fish Oil product recommendation that I can buy in the store. The most important factor to me is that the product should not contain any toxins/heavy metals and no lemon as flavor.
From the ones I took pictures of, the best one seems the boots brand one. Highest concentration. But no info on where the fish is coming from. What kind of fish it is. And if it’s filtered properly. Checked the boots website but also no info. The other ones are pretty low dosed. But that’s no problem, if they are properly filtered. The most I trust is the Australian one.
I know Lazada has the usual US brands. But I am staying in Phuket right now in a hotel and Lazada is no option at the moment.
Any other recommendations?
