Looking for Airbnb recommendations for group stay

Hello! I’m traveling to Bangkok in September for 4 nights with a group of 5. We’re looking for whole condo units/townhouse that has a living room and patio to chill, and a convenient outdoor area to smoke. 3 rooms and maybe around 4000 Baht per night, around Pratunam area (Or any other areas you may suggest!). If anyone has any experiences booking accommodations like these, or know of any locally, it would be greatly appreciated!!
