I’m always seeing articles of people getting beat up or shot by loan shark gangs after they don’t repay the stupid high interest loans.
Is having a loan center not a legal business here? In the US there are loan centers all over, payday loans, car collateral loans ect.
Thai people are experts at “borrowing” money, so why no actual businesses that give out loans?
