Lazada keen to emphasise gamification

Lazada Thailand wants to focus on gamification to increase user stickiness on its platform, aiming to continue its growth momentum.

The company also introduced new features to attract high spenders to ensure sustainable growth.

The moves aim to capitalise on e-commerce growth in Thailand, which is expected to be in the top five globally with a 16% gain in 2023, according to eMarketer.
