Lawyer Decha warns the police to be careful to arrest “Anna” at the airport for filming a clip of condemnation according to Section 157

Decha Kittiwitthayanan, or lawyer Decha, identified the case of Mr. Warintorn Watsang or Anna, who was accused of an arrest warrant in the Thip Lottery case. He was arrested by the Suvarnabhumi Immigration Police and took photographs and video while returning to Thailand.

Anna posted a message on Facebook saying that The right of the accused does not exist. Immigration takes photos and clips from the minute of landing. Welcome to thailand that the arrest of persons under an arrest warrant must be done accordingly. Any act of condemnation in the past, the Supreme Court had previously sentenced the police to prison.

For example, a case of catching a illegal lottery dealer and taking them to walk around the market like this can’t be done. Therefore, in this case, the police must be careful in arresting the accused in this case whether it is a harassment or not. If it is a reprimand, it will be an offense under Section 157 because the law states that Can’t be arrested

must be arrested and sent to the local police to prosecute immediately Taking a video clip or taking it on a walking tour is also at risk of being wrong.

Lawyer Decha also said that in the Lottery Thip case where Anna was accused, whether she was guilty or not, had to fight in court. In this class, Anna was still the only accused.
