I would like to attend this “festival” and I watched a few videos on Youtube.
I feel I won’t like though to be into all that crowd, so I wonder if there are other “non official” areas where I can launch the lantern. Also, where can I buy this lantern ?
If there aren’t non official areas, where do you suggest to go ? Where can I buy official ticket ?
Any other things I should be aware of ?
