A knife-wielding man believed to be homeless scared and threatened to attack Pattaya residents on June 11th.
Local Pattaya resident and eyewitness of the incident Ms. Bari Lithaisong, 39, revealed to local media that she saw an unidentified man exhibit behaviors that posed a threat to the public in the evening of June 11th in the Central Pattaya area.
The man who resembled a vagrant was armed with a knife and was seen wandering around, splashing water at passersby and behaving in a disturbing and aggressive manner.
He was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, jeans, a cap, and flip-flops. The man, aged 30-35 years old, also threatened to attack Ms. Bari simply after she looked at him after he spit saliva on the ground in front of her.
The eyewitness said she wanted relevant authorities to take serious action against this homeless individual as he posed a threat to everyone in the area, including young children.
