King urges Thais to face challenges in the New Year together

His Majesty the King has called on all Thai people to be cooperative and resolute, using their wisdom, capabilities, knowledge and reasoning to solve any problems in 2024.

If everyone cooperates, he said he believes that Thailand will enjoy peace and prosperity and wished everyone a Happy New Year.

In his New Year’s speech, delivered on New Year’s Eve, HM the King reminded the Thai people of October 13th, the anniversary of the passing of King Bhumibol Adulyadej and the official opening of the King Rama IX memorial park in Nang Loeng.

He also said that the Thai people should be proud of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee’s listing of Si Thep ancient city in Phetchabun as a World Heritage Site.
