Founded in Cape Town in 1996 and by a self-proclaimed nutrition nerd, Kauai (please remember to pronounce it ka-wa-ee or risk offense) specializes in simple, accessible meals and drinks made with seasonally sourced ingredients — ideal for those looking to eat a bit better this year.
