Kamala Beach or Nai Barn Beach?

Hello! I (F42 solo traveller) have a one month trip to Thailand planned in December and I will be spending 6 days in Phuket. I am deciding between Kamala Beach or Nai Harn Beach as my base. About me: I’m vegan, I don’t drink alcohol, I’m not planning to hire a scooter or a car, so I will be walking and using public transport or Grab. I do prefer quiet locations and beautiful beaches, but it’s also night to walk around night markets. Do you think Kamala Beach or Nai Harn would be more suitable for me? Thanks so much!
