Job possibilities for someone who cannot speak Thai or English?

Im currently studying for my Master’s and my boyfriend is planning to move here. Our main concern is to get him a long term visa (not a marriage visa, not ready yet lol) by finding a job here that doesn’t require much skill in English or Thai. He speaks beginner lvl English and no Thai whatsoever.
Forgive me if this sounds too naive and ridiculous, but I’m just hoping for a chance.

Note: he has 2+ years experience in professional photography, editing, and videography.
