Jing-jok lizard poop

First of all, I like these lizards in my house as they keep bug levels low, although my girlfriend fears them😂.

She’s got an Airbnb and when no one is there for a few days, this is what every corner looks like. A guest turning up to fresh lizard poop on the bed isn’t going to end well.

So my question is, what is the best way of getting rid of them? Traps? Deterrents? The house has one of those office like tile roofs which doesn’t help…
