It’s anyone else waiting for low season?

We got here a week ago from the US, getting a long term visa soon but in the meantime trying to avoid leasing a place during high season. Waiting for the price to drop near May.

Also this is no ordinary high season due to the Russian war, the prices have skyrocketed, I’m told. It’s becoming a struggle to avoid the price gouging.

I think signing a year lease now would be a mistake but maybe I’m wrong? Is anyone else out there looking for rentals?
