I am trying to find out how much tax you pay owning a condo in Bangkok yearly as a percent of the value of the condo, but I can’t really find anything, all I can find is the tax upon ownership transfer, i.e. buying and selling it. Is there no yearly/monthly tax? Or is there but it’s paid by the holding company/management of the building and they then just hit you with a fee? If this latter scenario is the case, is it pretty uniform and how much is it?
Is there no yearly tax when buying a condo in Bangkok? Only tax on initial purchase and sale?
