Howdy,
I have been trying to determine the answer to this by paying attention during my time out and about. But people walk anywhere and without obvious social norms evident. In the United States, you’re supposed to walk on the right side of the sideway, aisle, etc., similar to the way you drive. Is there a side that is SUPPOSED to be walked on here in Bangkok? Is it really not important or is it basically the tourists ignoring such, that makes it difficult to tell which side to walk on?
