Is there a city you’ve been to that has worse roadside pollution than Bangkok?

For me, only Hanoi/Saigon are worse.

Bangkok is the only other city where I’ve felt physically ill while and after walking in the streets. It must be a combination of the sheer number of vehicles combined with poor emission standards, but it makes my nose and throat burn, with often nausea and sometimes headaches.
