Is it time for r/Expatsinbangkok?

I’ve created a new subreddit specifically for expats living in Bangkok: r/expatsinbangkok.

This is a platform where expats can connect, share experiences, and seek advice on issues related to living in the city.

As an expat myself, I’m personally not interested in tourism inquiry posts, instead, I’m more interested in seeing posts and inquiries from people who live here and either need help with an issue they have, or just want to share a good restaurant/street food/activity that they’ve experienced.

If you’re an expat living in Bangkok or are planning to move here, I think this subreddit could be a great resource for you. Some potential post ideas include sharing tips on the best ramen in Bangkok (Mensho..) finding a place to live, discussing cultural differences, recommending local restaurants or street food stalls, and planning activities with fellow expats (too much?).
