Is Azurair selling tickets to Phuket from Vladivostok?

Hi Phuket people,

I think I understand Thailand is one of the few places that lets Russians visit in lieu of sanctions for the war against Ukraine.

But, the azurair website says, “we are not flying from there/to there”. [https://imgur.com/a/ufL0TIG](https://imgur.com/a/ufL0TIG)

Can anybody knowledgeable please tell me: are Russians able to buy these tickets to go to Phuket (for example, next April) and if so – how?
