IBM spinoff sees ASEAN companies rapidly adopting generative AI

SINGAPORE — A U.S.-based IT infrastructure service provider expects Southeast Asian companies’ adoption of generative AI to be almost on par with that of large corporations in the U.S. and Europe.

Kyndryl emerged in 2021 after its precursor was spun off from IBM. It supports global companies in designing, building and managing their information technology infrastructure.
