Ordered a coconut today at a restaurant, for 30 baht the price was good. The coconut has some dark spots on the outside, but on the inside the meat was white. the water tasted a bit sour and the meat inside was a bit soggy and too easily scraped There was a lot of coconut water though, I ate it but now I’m feeling a bit iffy.
How do I know for sure a coconut is in a good state and whether or not I should refuse a coconut depending on its condition at somewhere like a restaurant. I don’t want to be a Karen but it’s quite annoying when a restaurant has the audacity to serve you a bad one, but I don’t know where i stand and don’t want to cause unessecary issues
