Titled From ESG to ROI: How sustainability is reshaping the travel and hospitality landscape, the roundtable session featured two guest speakers: Monaco-based lecturer Dr Estelle Dinh and Singapore-based Kevin Phun, who is a director at The Center for Responsible Tourism Singapore.
