How to register Thai agency company for 30 day rentals?

My plan is to create a thai company and do property management for owners. I myself will own no properties, but basically act as an agency between property owners and people wanting to book monthly stays.

To my knowledge, short term rentals under 30 days are prohibited or need a hotel license, but anything more than 30 days is fine as long as the owner allows it.

Basically I will rent an owner’s condo with a contract, and then sublease to guests for 30 day+ bookings. Is this possible and how to do this?
