How to make a bank account with no work permit

Hi, I was wondering how I can make a bank account in Thailand. For some context, I am 18 years old and am not on my own visa, i am still following my dad. What banks can I use that do not require my own visa or a work permit? I am not employed and am not in university until August of next year (yes, I know I can get a bank through my university, my sister has hers). Also, I am living with my parents, so do not have any house papers that are under my name. One last thing, I have an Australian Netbank account (i am from Australia). Is it possible to create an account that fits these requirements or no? Thanks.
