How to cancel True Move internet from overseas?

While my partner was in Thailand, she had a plan with True. We went to the store and asked to cancel it, but later found out they just changed her plan to the 200 baht per month unlimited internet one.

Now we’re in my country to stay for 1 year+ but they’re still charging her. Is there any way to cancel the plan from overseas? What would happen if she just didn’t pay? Seems like a waste of 2600 baht to just keep paying until we go back.
