How much money do I need to live in Bangkok? Considering moving there as a freelancer

Now I imagine this question has been asked before, but Im looking for the most recent info.

I am moving alone as a guy of fairly modest needs. (in terms of food and a place to live)
Got a few thousand USD saved up, but my income (online freelancer) is not very consistent. Some months its great, some months it’s really not that much.

I will be trying to find a local job, but Im just wondering how much is enough to live in the city. That way I can estimate if what I make online (even in the worst months) is enough.
