How much are entrance fees for Bang Pae, Ton Sai and Kathy Waterfalls today?

We were planning a Phuket waterfall road trip tomorrow, but are now completely reconsidering because we’ve read on Google reviews that entrance fees to these places could be as high as 400 baht per person. Though all of the reviews have conflicting information, so we’re not entirely sure how much they are.

Is anyone able to confirm? And are they really *that* special? We live in Bali and have been to most of the waterfalls there, none of which cost anywhere near 400 baht.
