How early can I apply to extend my non-imm visa based on marriage in Chiang Mai Imm?

Trying to get my dates straight. Whats the earliest I can reapply to extend a non-imm based on marriage at the Chiang Mai office?

In the passport now:
“The extension of stay permitted date up to 21 Nov 2023”
This stamp was issued on 21 Dec 2022

There is also an Under Consideration stamp to return to Imm Office on 21 Dec 2022.
This stamp was issued on 27 October 2022.
