How do I ask my hotel if they’ll allow ‘Guest’ without sounding idiot?

Hi

I’m staying at a hotel near kata beach road.
It’s not like apartments/flats but separate villa kind of setup with separate entrances.

It’s out of thick action places.

How do I ask my hotel manager (old lady) that if I’m allowed to bring in a freelancer for my deeds without sounding too perverty or wrong?

Pattaya was easy and I assumed everything was ok.
With Phuket (kata beach) not so sure.
