Hospitals for food poisoning

As the title suggests, I’ve a case of food poisoning. Spent the last couple days in my hotel room on the toilet and doesn’t look like it’s gonna clear soon.

Had a look at some foreigner friendly/international hospital websites (eg. Bumrumgrad, Bangkok International) and they seem more for specialist stuff (I’ve food poisoning, don’t think that’s a specialist thing)?

It’s not life threatening but it’s food poisoning and it can really suck.

So my questions are, do they help with food poisoning? Do I need to make an appointment before I go in? Any specific hospitals I should go?

Just here for a holiday and am staying around Sukhumvit area.

*Edit:
Thanks for the responses everyone. Pushed me to just go to a hospital.

Went to Bangkok international hospital. They prescribed some antibiotics, diarrhea tablets, abdominal cramp tablets, nausea and vomiting tablets and some electrolyte powder. All up was about $4k (I went around 1am).

I’ll soon find out how well these work but at very least the service was great and they were very attentive.
