Hi! I took my clothes to the laundromat and the people working there offered to dry them…

They dried and folded my clothes but the bag felt less heavy than when i brought it to them. At the hotel I put the clothes in my suitcase and noticed some of my items missing. I traveled to multiple cities so I’m not sure if I lost them along the way or if they got stolen. A lot of people on the google reviews said they were offered the same thing but none reported missing items.
